If you like, Daisy can join us in session. She might bark at you at first - she's a bit nervous - but once in the therapy room she settles. And soon she will want to be your best friend. She's very therapeutic.

$50.00 charge for missing an appointment, or cancelling later than 24 hours in advance.
I am currently accepting Blue Cross and United insurance plans. If I am not on your plan but you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a statement which you can use to file for reimbursement.
